STAFF
We are constantly seeking to add to our experienced and dedicated staff. We offer a comprehensive package of training commensurate with the respect we have for all members of staff. Please also note that many of our employees have secured MOD security clearance.
TRAINING
In order to maintain a healthy environment and safe systems of work, as a minimum, our workforce complete the CSCS health & safety awareness test upon commencement. From this point forward we provide a program of training and development in each individuals respective area. We encourage staff members to learn and develop with us under CITB schemes including CSCS,CPCS & SMSTS.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We have a strong commitment to health & safety. In order to maintain our high standard of safety we employ the services of an industry respected health & safety consultant who ensures that our procedures are current and adhered to at every level. We ensure that method statements, risk assessments and COSHH assessments etc. are prepared and issued prior to work commencing.
